The facilities of Naturland at 200 mt. hosted the fifth race of the Shimano Super Cup Massi 2025. A sun of justice and an unusual heat attended punctually to the appointment. The race started smoothly and Ulloa hit the pedals hard from the first meters. An early attack that allowed him to open a gap with the others, also with Cullell, weighed down by a bad start. Cullell was forced to make a comeback and began to gain ground on Ulloa who only looked ahead, convinced of his chances of escaping alone. The fight remained in the distance until Cullell managed to cut all the advantage of the Mexican and caught his wheel. The BH Coloma Team rider took the lead at the halfway point of the race, but Ulloa regained the lead soon after. Ulloa spread his wings and opened a small hole. The roles were reversed again when crossing the finish line: Cullell in front; Ulloa behind. The Mexican was again superior in the second half of the circuit and both started the last lap on equal terms. The battle increased in tension in a pulse that remained balanced until the final sprint, in which Ulloa rode stronger and reached the finish line in first position.

Estíbaliz Sagardoy signs a rounded race to take the victory

The women’s race also had two outstanding protagonists: Estíbaliz Sagardoy and Paula Gorycka. Both riders formed a pair of luxury that opened ground in the middle with their rivals. The breakaways showed a superior level and went away. Sagardoy was always in front, while Gorycka was protected behind her back during the whole race. The last lap was decisive to know the final winner. The pulse was maintained during all those last kilometers until the final sprint Sagardoy squeezed the quadriceps like no one else and claimed the victory.
